Petrosol Ghana is preparing to introduce new promotional offers and customer packages ahead of the Christmas festivities as part of efforts to reward customers and strengthen loyalty.

The company's Head of Marketing, Philip Boamah Assampong, said the initiatives would be unveiled in the coming weeks.

He disclosed this on Tuesday, November 3, after leading a delegation from Petrosol to meet the leadership of The Multimedia Group Limited to strengthen the commercial relationship the two firms has.

Mr Assampong said the packages would offer customers additional benefits as they purchase fuel and lubricants and patronise the company's convenience retail shops.

“For our customers, yes, we are coming up with something and within maybe a few weeks they will hear from us. And then also we have some goodies for them,” he said.

He encouraged motorists and other customers to continue patronising Petrosol, assuring them of quality fuel, lubricants and improved customer service.

He stressed that customer satisfaction remained central to the company's operations, noting that good products must be matched with quality service to retain customer confidence.

“A business cannot exist without customers. So they are our key partners that we really, really want to say we cherish them and want to appreciate them for the support that they have given to Petrosol all these years,” he said.
