After weeks of intense cooking challenges, emotional eliminations and impressive culinary displays, four young chefs, Afia, Akosua, Clara and Sethlyne, have secured their places in the grand finale, where they will compete for the coveted title and the cash prize.

The event is scheduled to begin at 4:00 pm, with patrons encouraged to be seated by 2:00 pm.

Adding to the excitement will be performances from popular Ghanaian comedian Funny Face, alongside talented young entertainers Maame Yaawells and Akorfa from DGL Academy, who are expected to bring an extra dose of excitement to the grand finale.

Beyond the entertainment, all eyes will be on the four finalists as they face their biggest cooking challenge yet.

For the final task, the contestants will be required to prepare one of four variations of fried rice: beef, chicken, pork or shrimp.

The young chefs will select their dishes through a ballot on the day and must demonstrate the culinary skills, creativity and confidence they have developed throughout the competition, without assistance.

The challenge will serve as the ultimate test of their growth after weeks of learning, competing and receiving guidance from judges Chef Michael and Chef Gigi.

Season Five began with 12 young contestants, each determined to prove their abilities in the kitchen. From preparing traditional Ghanaian dishes such as ampesi, jollof rice and omo tuo to tackling creative cooking challenges, the contestants have experienced both victories and setbacks.

The competition has also produced memorable moments, including multiple Star Chef wins, emotional farewells and remarkable improvements from contestants who initially struggled in the kitchen.

Now, with just four contestants remaining, the race for the ultimate title is expected to be fiercely contested.
