A press release issued by the Department of Public Relations, signed by Captain Veronica Adzo Arhin, Acting Director-General, said government officials, defence attachés, military personnel and other invited guests would attend the exercise.

The demonstration will involve live firing of heavy weapons, battle drills and other tactical manoeuvres.

The GAF has, therefore, urged residents of Bundase and its environs not to panic upon hearing gunfire and explosions during rehearsals and the main exercise.

It assured the public that all necessary safety measures had been put in place to protect people in the area and appealed for their cooperation.
